只需在你使用的 DROP COLUMN 语句中加上 IF EXIST。

ALTER TABLE targetTable DROP COLUMN
IF EXISTS targetColumn;

也可以用 IF EXISTS 这种方式，在进行迁移时很好用

    FROM information_schema.columns
