boolF#에서 !는 NOT이 아니라 참조 연산자라서, 부정에는 not 함수를 써야 해요. 예를 들면 if not <| File.Exists....처럼 작성할 수 있어요
in F#, ! doesn't mean NOT, it's the reference opperator, so negation requires the not function instead, for example you could write if not <| File.Exists....
F#에서 !의 의미는 다르며, 이렇게 정의됩니다:
