이상한 걸 발견했어요. 아직 깊게 살펴보지는 않았지만 여기 물어보려고요:
예전에는 프로젝트에서 시험 중인 의존성을 수정한 뒤 터미널에서 mix compile을 실행하면 그 의존성이 다시 컴파일됐고, 이어서 iex에서 recompile를 하면 수정 내용이 반영됐어요.
최근에 1.20.0-rc.1-otp-28로 옮겼더니 이 과정이 예전처럼 동작하지 않는 것 같아요. 컴파일은 여전히 되고 셸에서 :ok도 반환하지만, 수정 내용은 보이지 않아 예전 버전이 그대로 로드된 것 같아요. 종료했다가 서버를 다시 시작하면 수정 사항이 보여요.
자세히 조사하지 않아서 버그인지 다른 문제인지 모르겠어요. 다른 분도 이런 일을 겪었나요?
I spotted something; I haven't looked into it much, but thought I'd ask here:
Before, after editing a dependency I was trying out in a project, running mix compile from a terminal would compile the dependency again, and following that with recompile inside iex would make those edits visible.
I've lately moved to 1.20.0-rc.1-otp-28, and this sequence apparently no longer behaves the same. Compilation still occurs and the shell returns :ok, yet my changes aren't visible, as though the previous version remains loaded. Quitting and restarting the server makes the edits appear.
I haven't examined it closely and don't know whether it's a bug or something different. Has anybody else run into this?
모듈이 다시 컴파일되기는 했지만 다시 로드되지는 않은 것 같아요. 컴파일과 로드는 서로 다른 단계예요.
It looks as if the module got compiled again without being loaded again. Compiling and loading are distinct steps.

1.18.4에서는 다시 로드돼요.

Yes. I've checked that now:
On 1.20.0-rc.1-otp-28, running mix compile externally followed by shell recompile doesn't cause a reload.
On 1.18.4, it does reload.

개발 환경에서 docker-compose up으로 모든 서비스를 시작하면 컨테이너 몇 개가 수백 줄씩 출력을 쏟아내요. 이 출력을 간편하게 걸러 낼 수 있을까요? 아니면 더 좋게는 docker-compose up이 실행되는…
